[mono-android] Installing Mono Runtime Stalls

Still weird:

I changed the command line to:

http://mono-for-android.1047100.n5.nabble.com/file/n5152797/Capture.jpg 

Now I get the same behaivior as with VS.

Just hangs, never returns a cmd prompt.

Is possible it has something to do with the old Runtime not be removed?
I looked in Running Services but did not see the Runtime. I assume it is
somewhere else.
