[mono-android] dynamically target Kindle Fire from same project

I looked at my device logs to figure out why it was failing to install and it was due to not being able to find the google maps library.  So my issue is different that what I first posted.  However, unless I want to dynamically reference the GoggleMaps library I guess I'm stuck with having different projects.
