[mono-android] mapping sample

Tomasz,

Thanks.  One thing I don't understand is what type of output I am suppossed to get when I load your app.  All I get is world map, but I don't see the points on the map that I would expect.  I have put may mapkey in.  Is there something that I am missing?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
