[mono-android] Images gets Blur while minimizing the size in height, width

Hello,

 Thanks Previous for help.
   Now I am showing an Image on my mono android emulator but i re-size its
height and width but Images gets BLUR and not displaying at center i.e. x
and y co ordinate at (0,0).
