[mono-android] Strange problem with a packaged and signed app

Hi,

Following the instructions on the Xamarin website, I've packaged my app,
signed it and uploaded it for people to try (1). Problem is this. If I
don't sign it and upload the software installs fine on my Galaxy S2. If
I sign it using the instructions provided, the install fails.

Obviously, something isn't right - but I don't know what it is and I'd
rather get it sorted before I pay $25 to Google so I can use its app
store and get lots of people moaning it doesn't work.

Help!
