Jose, you can install from the Amazon store, but more importantly you can
Deploy or Debug/install from VS 2010. On Amazon's Kindle Fire FAQ page,
there is a PDF that tells you how to get ADB to recognize the Kindle Fire.

With respect to the Nook Tablet, I was never able to get ADB to recognize. I
followed the various tricks and steps mentioned by folks to no avail. And I
found nothing on B&N site. I returned the Nook Tablet ...
