[mono-android] Smooth Streaming - stream.isml/manifest(format=m3u8-aapl).m3u8

Really need help on the following  for Android :

http://websiteURL/stream.isml/manifest(format=m3u8-aapl).m3u8 

I need to use the above to url stream to Android devices.
The URL path is able to play on iPhones .

Any assistant really appreciated
