[mono-android] Failed to install package

I'm having a similar issue, using the DEVICE.

I can run and debug the application once. Later, if I hit a bug or stop the
app and rerun the debug, it won't run anymore. It is really wired because
once compiled it says:

*Installing Pacakge
Success

Failed to install package*

I need to close and restart monodevelop to debug the application again :(
