[mono-android] UnauthorizedAccessException 4.0.3

I upgraded my add in to 4.0.3.

Now my application, when it tries to create a directory on first run, gets
an UnauthorizedAccessException.

I tried in both the emulator, and on my device with the same results.

Is there any known issues? Did something change? My code is the same.

Is it possible to go back to a previous version of the add in (say, 1.2) -
without losing my license?
