[mono-android] have these areas been bound?

After listening to Mike Bluestein's 5 new features of ICS last week, I'm rather excited regarding the features of ICS.  I'm wondering if the following areas have been bound into MfA:
Accessibility.  I work on a lot of us govt. accessibilty/section 508 areas in web applications.  How much support for the explore-by-touch mode been added along with the accessibility services in ICS?Text to speech support.  This includes the engine side as well as building a client application.
