[mono-android] Alternate designer to droiddraw and eclipse

Nope. I haven't found any other.
I was looking for tools with command line opts.
Filed feature req to droidraw, but this is not done yet.
With eclipse I can load xml/axml, but as plain xml (in xml editor) - 
haven't found way to load
in ADT Design-View...
AppInventor seems to be stopped.

I filled a bug regarding their interpretation <tag /> and <tag></tag> 
with whitespaces, but
haven't seen completely invalid code.
I mean almost all code loaded in eclipse and vice versa...
