[mono-android] SDK Location - For real!

MonoDevelop tries to launch the emulator from the wrong location.  Any ideas
how change where it looks?

I did change the SDK location in preferences, and it worked for the build
but not for managing/launching devices, it still uses the old path there.

I did search before posting but the answers did not seem to apply to Mac,
which has no registry like Windows.

any replies appreciated -
