I'm not sure how much control the publisher has on the final price.  We
found that the ebook prices will eventually stabilize around a certain
price, typically the Amazon price, but the market is a strange thing.

Thanks for the kind words on our book.  Chris Hardy and Craig Dunn really
worked hard and made that book work.  They should get the lion's share of
the credit on that book, but I am glad to take the credit for it.  :-)

Just one problem in pre release options: Kindle version is $8 more than
paper O.o

I like kindle or other electronic versions as It's not heavy to carry on,
it's immediate reading before buy, it's more ecological, it's cheap, and it
doesn't travel to BrazilŠ

BTW, congrats by the work, I'd like to read It. Wally was my first MonoTouch
teacher 1 year agoŠ

Development in C#, a new book from Wrox that will be released next week.  It
discusses how the business logic and data integration layers can be
separated from the presentation layer of your application, so that you have
code sharing not only across platforms via MonoTouch, Mono for Android, and
Windows Phone 7, but also across architectures with your shared code running
on the server powering a presentation layer of HTML5/JavaScript/CSS.

It was written by Scott Olson, John Hunter, Ben Horgen, and Kenny Goers of
ITR Mobility, and shares a lot of our enterprise cross-platform mobile
development experience.  Hopefully the content will be valuable to many
others in the community.
