[mono-android] Feature Request - Shared Release Runtime Deployment

Hi 

I would like to request a feature for In house/enterprise based deployments.
It would be nice to be able to deploy a release version of the shared
runtime to a bunch of devices. This would enable updates to the main
application(s) to be kept nice a lightweight. 

Currently I believe the only way to acomplish this would be to deploy the
Debug runtime and the appropriate platform apk.
