[mono-android] Monodroid.InsufficientSpaceException on Physical Device

You might want to look in logcat after you install and see if there is a 
different error there.

For certain exceptions, Android will print the real exception to logcat 
but then return [FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_SPACE] to the installer.  :/
