[mono-android] Intergrated AdMob crashes app on touch

This AdMob Helper class where is this placed? As far as i know it has
to be in the main project, all java sources should be there, otherwise
it will not be able to find it. I had a similar problem when creating
a helper class for the WebView javascript Interface.
