[mono-android] Intergrated AdMob crashes app on touch

Update:
Crash occurs only on 2.2 device (GT-P1000), 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 devices work
fine. I have Minimum Android version API level 8 - 2.2 in Project Settings -
Android Manifest and Minimum Android to target  4.0 in Project Settings -
Application.
