[mono-android] Bad performance without shared runtime

I'm trying to publish a game for Kindle Fire. The problem is that it works
ok when using the shared runtime, but when deploying a package to the
device that doesn't have it, the OpenGL performance plummets (framerate
goes to 5-10 fps). Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a
redistributable version of the shared runtime?
