[mono-android] Can not activate license upgrade

More information on the issue below, I can not activate manually as I don’t
get the “problems activating” link in the licenses page:

 

Mono for Android Professional Upgrade

 

    ? Activation Code : XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

        Workstations active 0 of 0

    Support Email : android at xamarin.com

 

Looks like I’m not allowed to activate this license!? I’m going to write
this with the license details to the email address mentioned above.

Hello,

 

I’m having problems activating latest releases. The activation license
expired therefore latest releases only run in trial mode. I’m trying to
activate them using the upgrade code which returns this error message:

 

“You have entered an Upgrade Activation Code. Please enter your original
Activation Code for the full version of Mono for Android”

 

If I enter the original activation code, it seems to activate the license
but, since it expired, I can only deploy to the emulator (trial mode).

 

How should I proceed? I can provide license details in a private context.
