[mono-android] Available images list is empty when clicking start emulator image link

Hi KC,
  What version of MfA are you using?

Could you also provide screen shots of which screen exactly you are
referring to within VS2010.

Both MD and VS2010 should display the same list when you Open AVD Manager.
