Nope. There is not.

If you're lucky and you've written a nice MVC or MVP application, it might
be possible to port the majority of your app over.

...but convert your gtk app straight into a monotouch or monodroid one? No
way. It's just not going to happen.

You will have to reimplement all the views as activities in android.
