[mono-android] Test on Real Device before paying for a licence?

My apologies.  The actual reason there was no response was because the 
message got held in the moderation queue and I didn't release it until 
yesterday, so no one got the message until yesterday.

I'll try to be better about ensuring the moderation queue is processed 
in a timely matter.
