[mono-android] [MonoTouch] Android.GoogleMaps missing in monodroid 2.2?

Diego,
As I understand things, the maps demo on github requires m4a 1.9.2 or later.  I expect that when m4a 2.0 ships, there you will need to look at an update to your samples to take into account new/changed apis.
