[mono-android] monodroid and USB-OTG

I tested Xperia Neo V with Nokio USB OTG, the 2.3.4 android OS can recognize
keyboard and mouse, for other USB device, some recognized while others are
considered unknown (USB stick). In summary, I think, although some technical
specifications consider that this phone does not support Host, I think this
may not be accurate.

 I am aware that prolonged ussage may fly the phone, especially connecting
to USB stick.

 I will focus on low power consumption USB device to evaluate USB-HID can be
retrieved using monodroid. Anyone has similar experience, please share.
