[mono-android] Retrieve MAC address instead of AndroidID

Hi

Few days ago the same question was asked on Monotouch mailing list, so
I sent them this info...

The guys reported it works,  but found some weird behavior on iOS and 
MonoMac -
seems like bug, but check this pls on Monotouch archive...
