[mono-android] Stacktrace generated from System.IO.Stream.CopyTo with 1.9.2

[HSSoftware]

Decided to upload it after all.

It is an AsyncTask, which:
- downloads a series of images from a web server,
- saves each into a file
- compresses each into a thumbnail
- saves the thumbnail into a file
- repeats for next image.

I would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
