[mono-android] vs template for fragment

Fragments are in the 1.9.2 beta. I can use them, use the apis, inherit from them, so they are there.
I think you are misunderstanding my statement. When I create a new file, I'd like to see a Fragment be an option, right along with Activity, Class, XML file, Layout, and all the other files. Right now, I'm just
Regarding the compat packs, as i understand them, they are for more/better back version support. I'm looking forward to support for the compat libraries as well. The base APIs for fragments are in the betas now.
