[mono-android] action bar SetDisplayHomeAsUpEnabled

I'm setting the action bar's SetDisplayHomeAsUpEnabled to true.  According to google's doc, I should get a little up arrow.  I'm not seeing an up arrow on my xoom when i set this.  Is there anything else that I need to do?
