[mono-android] Android Compatibility Package

Hello,

A very quick question - I've just installed version 1.9.2 and was wondering
if it is possible to target older api versions (such as 2.1) using the
Android Compatibility Package, and if so, how do I configure my Monodroid
application to do this? The Android java documentation implies that it is
possible to bundle this package with your app.

If it's not possible, then is this something that's on the roadmap?
