[mono-android] Linux port and visual designer?

I believe when M4A first came out a Linux port was discussed. While I would
like to see a Linux port of MonoDroid, I would be very surprised if there
is one.  In reality, I doubt there is enough commercial demand to support
it. Besides, I would rather Xamarin concentrate their limited resources on
what they already have.
