[mono-android] Problem with app on HoneyComb Emulator Crash - Splashscreen

(4.0 is Ice Cream Sandwich, not Honeycomb)  :)

ICS made some changes to JNI, which broke MonoDroid apps on ICS.

We fixed this in 1.9.2, so you will need to upgrade and rebuild your app 
with 1.9.2:
