[mono-android] Please unsubscribe me

Before someone gets their hizzy in a tizzy, yes I tried to use the unsub
instructions at the bottom of every message; they don't work. In short, you
enter your address (which for this list is actually
monodroid at keithratliff.com in my case) and it says it will send a
confirmation email message that you have to click on to finish the process.

THAT MESSAGE NEVER ARRIVES. And yes, I get the messages everyone is sending
to the list, so I know the address is working.

For completeness, I also tried this email address just to be sure. Neither
are fruitful.

Thus, Admin intervention is now required.

Please give me das-boot.
