[mono-android] debugging with VS

can you use te debugger with the emulator? If so how?

It's been better than the previous previews (from prev 11 on, that's 
when I started playing with mdroid) but it's still excruciatingly slow 
when using the emulator. Debugging on the device is somewhat faster.
