[mono-android] Unit Testing & Mono for Android

I am currently using MSpec and JustMock with TestDriven.net and that's
working pretty good. I have not tried testing any UI stuff, just class
libraries. I'm using an MVP pattern to make as much of the app as testable
as I can.
