[mono-android] [Monodroid] BUG? Setting the default project to a non-MonoDroid opens the Select Device dialog

Hi Jonathan,

Just a reminder that both problems were not solved in Preview 14.

1) When a WinForms project is set as the default project in Visual Studio
(both projects are in the same solution), the MonoDroid window still shows
up when you run the default project.
2) An active secondary screen will cause the MonoDroid's window to show up
there instead of the screen where Visual Studio is.
