[mono-android] Release Date

Back on the 7th March, Joseph Hill (Product manager of the Mono team)
e-mailed about pricing and a go-live license. This suggests they are looking
to release 1.0 "soon".

"If you are interested in acquiring a go-live license prior to the
official launch, please contact mono-android at novell.com or
feel free to email me directly with any questions or comments."

Give that a shot.
