[mono-android] Visual Studio ASP.NET Development Server

If you are on Win7, iirc, i had to turn off the Windows Firewall to access the web server.

I am trying to connect the my “Monodroid application” with my “ASP.NET Development Server” using a HttpWebRequest. But I am having problems with it.

In the URL of the HttpWebRequest, if I put “http://localhost:5555/” I get a “connection refused” exception… If I place “http://192.168.0.111:5555/”, I wait for an indefinite period, without get any responses…

The emulator is considered another machine, with another IP? If this is the problem, I have to use “IIS” to run my request?
