[mono-android] "aresgen.exe" exited with code -2146232576

Hi,
I'm new in monodroid programming and I can't build my first app. Here is the error:

"aresgen.exe" exited with code -2146232576.    C:\Program Files\MSBuild\Novell\Novell.MonoDroid.Common.targets    

I think that that is a current noob problem but I can't find anything about this specific error code -2146232576 in any forums. (I found some article about aresgen.exe error but with other code and that didn't solve my problem).
Does someone can help me ?
