[mono-android] Overlaying an AndroidGameView with other views

I have updated the TexturedCube sample ( https://github.com/mono/monodroid-samples/tree/master/TexturedCube ).

This should work fine. Try a layout like:
http://developer.android.com/resources/samples/ApiDemos/res/layout/surface_view_overlay.html
Instead of the glSurfaceView, use your AndroidGameView derived class.
I'm adding this to one of our samples, so you should be able to see that in a few hours.
