[mono-android] Two Problems

Hello,

I followed the Installation steps of MonoDroid. Then I tried to create the
Hello World app.

When I "Start Without Debugging" the Select Device window appears. I select
the option to Start emulator image. I select the Android emulator I created
and click OK. The problem is that it doesn't show in the Select Device
window.

Then I tried to connect my Samsung Galaxy S in debug mode. It appeared at
the Select Device window. But I got an error: "Can't sing package.."

I tried to repair the installation of MonoDroid plug in but I get no
changes.

Can you help me?
