[mono-android] SetMargins for RelativeLayout doesn't work properly

I was trying to  set margins via code for a RelativeLayout but it doesn't do
anything when you use RelativeLayout.LayoutParams, ViewGroup.LayoutParams or
ViewGroup.MarginLayoutParams.

Eventually I used LinearLayout.LayoutParams which surprisingly did the job.

 

Is there something wrong with the Android API or something missing for
MonoDroid?
