[mono-android] Signing failed, but can't see exception

This is more of an FYI than a request for help.

I did something to my app that is causing signing to fail. That is, it
builds fine, but when I try to run it from VS (F5 or Ctrl+F5, then select
device) I get a dialog box that tells me "Could not sign the Android
package. See exception for more details." When I click on the button to view
the exception, the window that pops up is taller than my monitor and it
cannot be resized or scrolled. The text of the exception is somewhere below
the visible portion of the window. I can't move it vertically to expose the
text at the bottom. So I cannot see the exception at all.

I suggest that the window that displays the exception be scrollable.
