[mono-android] Problems with Preview 14 and Nook Color

I'm using an official Nook Color development device and get the following error when trying to deploy my app:

The device is running API Level 7 (Android 2.1) which is what I have set in the Android Manifest settings.

The only issue might be that the Nook Color does not support Android Widgets. Is that the problem? Anyway around this?

I had this working with a rooted device before but with the official Dev device it doesn't. I have not tried it with an older version on the dev device, only Preview 14.
