[mono-android] MonoDroid help

Hello all,

 I am trying to do the Hello World tutorial. Everything was going well until
I tried to run the application on the emulator. I selected the "Start
Emulator Image" then selected my emulator image and started it. However it
never shows up in the Running Devices listbox. I have made sure that my
emulator has the right drivers and is set up as per the tutorial but I can
never get it to show up. Anyone else have this problem?
