[mono-android] [Monodroid] Pricing and Go-Live

most of our clients are on mysql and need to convert our winmobile 6
projects to droid
and a post, not in the distant past, was in connecting mysql thru wcf and
rest and im trying to test that out also. i just got a servlet working for
me, after almost a decade trying out java, and trying to convert that
hands-on into wcf.
