[mono-android] [Monodroid] Pricing and Go-Live

Really folks?

(AmountOfTimeToLearnJavaAndEclipse * YourHourlyRate)

If that's greater than $400, Monodroid is likely a pretty good deal for
you. Obviously that's over simplified, but you get the point.

As far as a Student, Open Source and Non-Profit edition, yeah, that would be
cool.
