[mono-android] [Monodroid] Pricing and Go-Live

Craig,

I was going to ask that :) So Mee too.

There doesn't need to be a huge rebate, but I would rather manage one liscence key instead of 5.

It's not gonna stop at touch/droid. I'd much rather have my team tied up with platform issues than licensing issues.
