[Monodroid] Problem with Prerelease 13 & Android 2.1

Editing the XML file doesn't seem to work...I still get an exception, but
now it's in a MonoDroid alert box ("unable to sign" with the installLocation
error) instead of the Visual Studio output.  It looks like the XML file gets
overwritten after I make the change.
