[Monodroid] Insufficient space

I've attempted to just deploy the application that is generated in
Visual Studio when you do New -> Project. I've tried a number of
different emulators but they all give me insufficient space when I hit
run. What do I need to do to get this working? There doesn't seem to
be a setting in the AVD Manager to set the size of the device space
and it doesn't seem to allow me to deploy the runtime to the SDcard.
