[Monodroid] Desired feature

When debugging on a device, I find more often than not that I'm waiting for
my app to launch a very long time only because I've covered up the "Select
Device" dialog with a browser or what have you; I know, I'm a bit daft and
should remember that I need to select a device, but hey, my attention at
that point is on my mac mini updating my monotouch code :) Anyway, It'd be
nice to have a "Remember my last choice" check box (that could be un-checked
in the project properties etc) so that the app will attempt to launch on the
device when debugging is started without needing another click. Just a
thought.
